Young man killed by falling tree during Storm Eowyn was on phone to dad when horror struck

An Garda Síochaná have confirmed the identity of the victim of the fatal road traffic accident in Donegal during Storm Eowyn as 20-year-old Kacper Dudek, who was on the phone to his dad.
