Council set to introduce tougher rules for rogue landlords to just East Marsh, despite extension calls

Compulsory tougher rules to clamp down on rogue landlords are proposed in part of East Marsh - two Labour councillors called the proposal in, because they feel voluntary schemes proposed in other Grimsby and Cleethorpes parts will not work.
