Plea for Sutton Coldfield boy who suffered spinal injury at birth as mum says 'he's regressing'

Bobby Sproston suffered a spinal injury at birth meaning he needs a wheelchair, but now he's outgrown the one he has with mum Amy saying 'he's already regressing'.
