Barclays bringing in mortgage rule change 'starting from Tuesday'

The high street banking giant, which is rivalled by the likes of HSBC UK, Santander, Lloyds, NatWest, Nationwide and more, has confirmed it will be reducing key mortgage rates from Tuesday, February 4.
