Snow and freezing rain to hit West Dunbartonshire as Met Office issues weather warning

West Dunbartonshire and Argyll and Bute will see flurries of snow and freezing rain sweep in on Tuesday as the Met Office issued a warning that roads and pavements could become treacherous.
