Lanarkshire MSP warns drug deaths will rise unless funding reaches the frontline

Monica Lennon MSP who has been campaigning on drug and alcohol issues in the Scottish Parliament since 2016 has welcomed an Evaluation of the National Drug Deaths Mission.
