BBC EastEnders icon Ian Beale actor says co-star 'shaken up' after live episode blunder

EastEnders legend Adam Woodyatt, who has played Ian Beale since the soap's first episode in 1985, has opened up about a mistake that left co-star Jo Joyner "really, really shaken up".
