State pensioners born before 1959 urged to unplug 14 items around house this week

State pensioners, who are born before 1959 to be eligible for the Full New State Pension, face rising energy bills - coupled with the loss of the £300 Winter Fuel Payment from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
