Creme Egg thief banned from entire county after stealing hundreds of Cadbury chocolates

Dean De Groot was arrested after leaving a Tesco store at a petrol station in Peterborough with hundreds of Cadbury Creme Eggs stuffed down his jacket and in a bag.
