M40 driver jumped out of van's window and fled after killing 'beloved' mother

Disqualified van driver Akashdeep Singh ploughed his Peugeot Boxer into the back of a Hyundai Tucson forcing it into a Mercedes van and killing a 'beloved mother, wife and sister' in her 50s.
