Man charged with offences as police in North Lanarkshire crack down on off-road vehicles

At around 7pm on Friday, April 4, officers from Wishaw and Motherwell Community Policing Team where on high visibility quad patrols when they viewed an off-road type vehicle riding around the area near Old Meadow Walk towards Ravenscraig Park.
