NYC woman killed in DC plane crash, family says

NEW YORK (PIX11) – A New York City woman was aboard a passenger jet that collided with an Army helicopter at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport near Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, her family confirmed. Melissa Jane Nicandri, 28, of Brooklyn Heights, was among the victims, according to her family.
