High-tech flood gates underneath FDR Drive set to be unveiled

MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) – High-tech flood gates installed underneath the FDR Drive, near the Manhattan Bridge, are now operational, New York City officials announced. The barriers are designed to keep seawater out during severe weather. PIX11's Kirstin Cole has the story.
