A photograph of a 16th century manuscript stolen from Paraguay’s National Archives. Following a tip in January, the Manhattan District Attorney's office was alerted to its presence on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.

The document had been housed in the National Archive of Paraguay before it went missing. [ more › ]
