Fugitive on FBI’s most wanted list arrested in Wales after two decades

Daniel Andreas San Diego, a fugitive wanted for two 2003 California bombings linked to animal rights extremism, has been arrested in Wales after 20 years on the run. The FBI, who had placed him on their Most Wanted Terrorists list, confirmed his capture and praised the collaborative efforts leading to his arrest. Extradition proceedings have begun.
