Azerbaijan Airlines plane crashed after 'physical and technical external interference,' carrier says

The carrier of the passenger jet that crashed in Kazakhstan said preliminary investigations have found the disaster occurred 'as a result of physical and technical external interference,' according to Azerbaijan’s state news agency.
