Ukraine Won’t ‘Recognize’ US-Russia Talks In Saudi Arabia, Zelenskyy Says

(RFE/RL) -- Ukraine will not participate in the upcoming talks between U.S. and Russian officials in Saudi Arabia, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy told reporters in Abu Dhabi, where he was visiting as part of a Middle East tour, which also includes Saudi Arabia and Turkey.
