A Cape Town police officer who was tasked with taking down the statement of kidnapping accused Steveno Van Rhyn in the missing Joshlin Smith case told the Western Cape High Court sitting in Saldanha Bay on Thursday that he had to stop the interview because the accused fell asleep.
