From the news channel two alert desk this morning... a fire that started in a vacant room in utica's obilston apartment complex is under investigation this morning.
Utica fire chief scott ingersoll tells us it was a small fire that began on the first floor of the building.
Residents were evacuated.
Our camera crews saw smoke coming out from the windows.
