Man sustains gunshot wound on Seymour Ave. in Utica

911 dispatchers said this happened in the area of neilson and square streets.

News channel two camera crews arrived to find no one there.

But our crews later found utica police officers on seymour ave and eagle streets.

Dispatchers say the man admitted himself into the hospital with gunshot wounds.

So its unclear at this point on the man's condition.... or who else may have been involved.

Again... we have reached out to utica police and are still waiting to hear back.
