Businesses and medical facilities concerned about legal problems concerning the coronavirus pandemic may get to rest easy, this after Legislation recently passed Senate Bill 3049.

A news release from lieutenant governor delbert hosemann's office said businesses that followed public safety guidelines are immune from civil liability for coronavirus related lawsuits.

Kelly said he thinks this is a breath of relief for a lot of businesses on edge during the pandemic.
