"i think it's a wonderful event that families can be with our friends that are here and wave to our families as they go by and see children.

I think it is a wonderful idea."

Susan kimble "this is a great experience.

I've been here almost a year and this is the first time we have done anything like this and i think it's great.

Due to covid-19, residents at prestige are not able to have in- person visits with their family members..

Or even leave the facility.

Now -- staff is doing all it can to keep spirits lifted.

Cliff keene/executive director "we will work as hard as we need to during this time but for them, we realize they are not getting the socialization and they are not getting the activities that they normally do.

So we are working really hard.

We've got double staff to do that."

Taylor riewertx/life enrichment director "some of them haven't had a churro in 50 years so it was cool for them to get a snack and wave at family and see residents that they don't get to interact with too so i think they we're very happy.

Dani stand up "one person told me her favorite part about today was being able to be outside, enjoy some of the snacks and refreshments and see some of her friends that she hasn't seen in months."

Susan kincaid "it's wonderful to be out on a wonderful sun shinny day and i think it's exciting and i think it will take us through several days.

Just getting out and enjoying seeing our friends that we don't see very often."
