Vehicle smashes into Roseburg house

Impairment and speed played a role in the crash, police said.

Police say 18 year old william bacus's vehicle went about 50 feet off the road... hitting a home and causing damage to both the inside and outside.

No one was there at the time.

Baucus was taken to the hospital to be treated for injuries.
