Public service commisioner brandon preseley says this is expected to meet it's deadline by the end of the year, he says this will help with students faced with virtual learning this school year... "we're going to be bringing and significantly increasing the compacity for folks to get on the internet in the most rural parts of the state and the program requires some of the fastest speeds that are out there in the market right now."
