United way of central georgia partnered with amazon... to help students who did not have access to technology and internet ... during the pandemic.

Amazon donated nearly 700 tablets... to the crawford county school district.

Crawford middle assistant principal debbie vaughn says... the tablets, paired with the mobile hotspots on county school buses... will keep students learning... even if schools have to shutdown.

We've been very blessed to have this gift on the stone athens given to our students last spring when we had to shut down for the covid-19 a lot of our students didn't have access to a technology device at home to be able to access on their studies in the curriculum and so we're just feel very blessed that in this time of uncertainty we at least know that those students c1 3 b13 would have a device to be able to access the curriculum and continue
