2 Anderson High Schools switch back to distance learning
Two high schools in Anderson are taking a step back from in-person classes and returning to distance learning.

A local church has helped to provide chromebooks for east side elementary school.
The church of the good shepherd donated over 32 thousand dollars to help the school purchase the computers for their students.
Principal of east side, greg wilkey, says they were able to purchase 147 new chromebooks.
Wilkey says that every student from 1st grade to 5th now has their own chromebook to take home.
"so if they are at home and we have to shut back down they will have access to their learning at home.
Even when they are in school they can still use it for in person learning as well.
