Kenosha County authorities issued an arrest warrant for 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse, of Antioch, Illinois, on Wednesday morning, charging him with first-degree intentional homicide in a shooting during the unrest in Kenosha Tuesday night into Wednesday morning.
