Police arrest Extinction Rebellion protesters refusing to leave Parliament Square
Police arrested several protesters participating in Extinction Rebellion's September action after they refused to leave Parliament Square on Tuesday evening (September 1).
The Met Police imposed conditions meaning the protest had to finish at 7pm.
Many left at this time, but some tried to stay.
More than 90 protesters were arrested on Tuesday.
The climate change activist group are promising further disruption in the coming days.
