MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Bibb County Sheriff's Investigators are trying to figure out who stabbed a man in Macon Monday night.

Seat passenger, 26 year old eddie davis of americus, died at the scene.

Davenport was taken to medical center navicent health.

According to the sheriff's office, 26 year old marion lester jr was stabbed in the chest in the 3300 block of mary drive around 11:10 last night.

Investigators say he was taken to medical center navicent health and is critical, but stable condition.
