In the video, shot in the city of Taiyuan in Shanxi Province on October 1, the black smoke rose into the air from an Ice Lantern and Snow Sculpture Hall.

The rescue work has been finished, 13 people are dead and 15 were sent to hospital for treatment.

None of them were in life-threatening condition.

The case is being investigated and the video was provided by local media with permission.
