Homestead beat Bishop Dwenger 4-1 on Wednesday to claim the school's fourth straight, and 33rd overall regional championship.

After making it to the state final four one year ago the terre haute south boys tennis team has their eyes set on a return trip.... thursday they were trying to take step one in the process, the braves were looking for a sectional title... standing in their way was their rivals terre haute north... beautiful rainbow overhead at the south sectional..... the braves number one singles player cane-in sellers has been playing great...he rips a forehand winner...he needed a little over an hour to win his match.... two doubles....south's stephen kallubhavi with a great backhand volley at the net....great placement on the shot... south took that match to go up two-nothing... matthew roberts at two singles with a nice serve....that helps him with the easy forehand shot that can't be returned.... terre haute south wins four-one, the braves win their third straight sectional championship and proved once again they're ready for another deep postseason run!
