HE WASPRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE'THEY WERE ABLE TO EXTRICATE THEADULTMALE FROM UNDERNEATH THEVEHICLE, MEDICAL AID RESPONDEDANDDECLARED THAT SUBJECT DECEASEDAT THE SCENE."ACCORDING TO SGT ROBERT PAIR,SPOKESPERSON FOR THE BAKERSFIELDPOLICE DEPARTMENT THE DRIVER OFTHECAR WHO HIT THE MAN ISCOOPERATING WITH THEINVESTIGATION.

SHORTLYAFTER.A 911 CALL WAS MADE THAT AMAN HAD BEEN HIT IN THE DRIVE-THRU"OFFICERS WERE DISPATCHED AT10:26PM AND THEY ARRIVED ONCE THEYGOT THE INFORMATION ABOUT ANACCIDENT WITHIN 2MINUTES.
NOW WHETHER THAT ISEVEN THE SAME SUBJECT THAT WASREFUSING TO LEAVE EARLIER, IDON'T HAVE THAT INFORMATIONYET."23ABC ALSO REACHED OUT TOMCDONALD'S PR TEAM FOR ASTATEMENT..
