According to reports, the delivery man drove past the white stop line when the traffic light was red, he then had an argument with a traffic administrator.

Since the traffic administrator took the delivery man's scooter key and asked him to push the scooter to a police booth, the delivery man was afraid of being fined and climbed up a tree.

After the delivery man's manager arrived on the site, he finally came down from the tree with the help of firefighters.
