The learning process so far, they'd probably tell you... it's a work in progress.
New tonight... at a special bod of education meeting, it was announced that the school district is looking to modifyth.
In order to do so three separate committees have been formed to explore how to improve the learning process in the district.
These committees will be broken up as follows..
K-2, 3-6, and 7-12.
They will include teachers, a board of education member, a pta representative, and administrative council.
Their goals will be to look at the impact hybrid learning has on support services, curriculum, special education and more.
"we are concerned about the social and emotional well being of students and how any change to our hybrid model will affect that.
We've also heard from teachers about planning time, so we want to identify how modifications may impact planning time for teachers."
The three committees will be meeting over the next two weeks to come up with recommendations to fine tune the hybrid learning model.
These recommendations will be considered by the board of education and curriculum committee on october 22, with a vote by the school board expected on october 27th.
