If you are planning to trick or treat...the allen county health department is recommending that you wear a mask, limit the number of houses you go to.and sanitize your hands.if you are giving candy out, do it from your driveway maintaining 6 feet of distance between you and whoever walks or drives up.if you'd like to take it a step further..
