The restaurant is the second hospitality venue in the building affiliated with the edgars hospitality group.

Andersen: i'm glad it's happening it's it's been a long time coming we were closed for too long it's nice to get back to some normalcy program manager for culinary arts, andy andersen, says they want students to get more exposure to restaurant hospitality.

Andersen: we close down when everything closed down due to covid-19 we brought back our students and now we're just getting to the point where we can utilize them to reopen the bistro he says they will utilize students as part of business operations and changes to help keep customers safe.

Andersen: i guess some of the things that we have changed is that we made our menu a little bit smaller so we can focus on the food.
