Woman arrested for manslaughter, DUII

Alysha Rae Greene, 31, was arrested by the Lane County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Lane County Jail.

Tuesday afternoon... greene pled not guilty to driving while intoxicated and manslaughter for the death of saul who was only 43 when he was killed " and after all this time i'm starting to get a clear head.

Cory says the arrest just opens up old wounds "how do you explain to your 10 year old and 6 year old that their dad's not coming back... ever?"

Greene and saul worked together at a hemp company -- she was driving him to a job site when according to officials she lost control and crashed into a tree cory: " he was such a light to everyone that knew him and i know everyones ays that about their loved ones, but he really was..."
