Both districts are currently operating on an in-person hybrid schedule....alon g with hopkins countyhenders on county also seeing a surge in cases... the public school system in henderson county completely virtual right now - parent - chris butler has six children - three of them in private elementary school in henderson - his children attend school in-person five days a week - "i agree with in-person school i feel like my kids get more out of it, we teach them proper hand hygiene, to wear their mask, proper social distancing, so i think as long as we can keep the children on target and on task, everything should be good" the green river health district stressing the importance of limiting the number of people in groups-health department officials telling me large groups of people should not gather under one roof- adding family units should stay together in their home and to practice social distancing at all times- of course wearing a mask helps to protect us against the virus.
