... the city says it expects heavy traffic because of its free hazardous waste disposal event it's holding saturday.

It's happening from 8-30 in the moring until three in the afternoon.

Officials say early interest in the event indicates there will be a large turnout... so drivers are being told to expect delays on old frankfort pike between new circle road and forbes road while the event is going on.
