The medications were limited to pills and capsules... they could not take liquids orneedles safety and to follow social distancing guidelines a drive- thru drop-off was set up at the police station.
"people actually started showing up this morning a half hour before we were scheduled to open.

People just pull in the lot, they pull up to our window, we're waiting there with a container.
