Leaders are ready to start the path the end systemic racism in the city... two commission co- chairs released the full 68-page report last week..
It lists 54- recommendations... nearly half of which fall in the law enforcement justice and accountability category.
The other topics include, education and economic opportunity...housi ng and gentrification...hea lth disparities..and racial equity.
One protest leader says she was pleasantly surprised to see so many detailed recommendations.
"sarah williams: it's a major deal but we also have to ensure that whether it's something we're depending on the mayor to act on, our council to act on, or fundi ng is needed, that now's the time for the biggest follow through."
The mayor says there are some recommendations that require money...so its likely mainly of those will have to wait until the next fiscal year.
