That's according to an order announced by the county health department today.
It was issued due to the increase in new covid-19 cases.
The order takes effect november 4th.
Health administrator khala hochstedler says a majority of the cases since august have been linked to purdue.
Now she says cases have shifted to an middle aged demographic.
There's also been an increase in elderly cases.
"we needed to take some type of action.
So we are hoping that by doing this, it reminds people that covid-19 is still in our community."
Events with more than 100 people must have a written plan submitted to the health department.
It must be given at least 7 days beforehand..
The plan should outline the steps to be taken to mitigate against covid-19.
