Vigo County officials take extra steps to keep voters safe at the polls

The pandemic may have "you" concerned about heading to the polls this election.

However..

The vigo county clerk wants to assure voters they are practicing safe guidelines.

When you go to vote... poll workers will be required to wear a mask.

You'll also get your own stylus to vote.

Workers will take time to wipe down all machines.

The vigo county clerk says he wants to make voters feel safe at the polls.

"however, there are a lot of people questioning..do i go out and vote early...do i vote in person on election day.

Either way they need to know real time cleaning is going on and that's not being done anyway else in the county.
