Killing a man, in trigg county.
According to state police..
It happned this afternoon at a home on forest circle near cadiz.
State police say the officer was responding to a call, when he got into an altercation with 44-year-old bennie "shawn" biby, in the home.
According to k-s-p..
During the struggle, the officer fired his gun, hitting bibby.
State police say biby, was taken to a hosptial , where he died.
