On top of the masks and social distancing, they're asking people to trick or treat in your neighborhood and to avoid groups.

Melody mizgala lives in one of the area's trick or treating hotspots "i'm fine with it, i dont want my kids out after dark anyways.

They've adapted very well to this.

They're just happy they can still go trick or treating and that was thing they were terrifed they were going to miss it."

Her two kids michael and jack are looking forward to tomorrow, but arent too keen on the new rules.

"i dont really like it because i dont really want to wear a mask while trick or treating."

But her neighbors alot of her neighbors are all for the rules.

"they're pretty safe i agreed with most of them you know.

Every year its been a mad house up here.

We all enjoy it up here that's why."

"whatever helps people feel better, i think that thats ok so i'm ok with people taking precautions and making people safe for the holiday."
