Hoosier Hardwood Basketball Association looking to play in Terre Haute

Back.... welcome back.... what do you think of a semi-professional basketball team coming to terre haute?????

Former iu great kent benson was in town today at rick's smokehouse to explore that option.... he met with several locals looking for an owner for a potential team in terre haute and sponsors to be in the hoosier hardwood basketball association.... the plan is to start the inaugurial league in the spring of 2021... a 20 game season would take place march through may..... they have a couple towns in indiana on board with this like new castle and pendleton and talking to communities like jeffersonville and terre haute... the goal is to have four to six teams....they'd be made up of eight players and four practice players that would make anywhere from 500 dollars to two-thousand dollars a month based on their skill level... which would be guys trying to get into the g-league, which is the feeder system of the nba.... benson thinks this kind of hoops would be good for a basketball community like
