ISU's student radio station works to collect toys for Toys for Tots

The holiday season is quickly approaching and COVID-19 has placed a financial burden on many families.

Covid-19 has been a finanical burden on many families.

Because of this... indiana state university student radio station w-z--i-s is collecting donations for "toys for tots".

Toys for tots collects toys to give to kids whose parents can't afford it.

This is the 5th year the station has helped the organization.

W-z-i-s says they're grateful they can help kids in the valley.

"i feel like every kid deserves to have a happy christmas.

Every kid deserves to have an equal upbringing.

And everybody needs to have the same advantages in life.

And christmas is no different than any other time."

If you missed today's opportunity to give... staff members will also be at the isu fountain on november 12th and 19th.
