Trump.
But according to Business Insider, Republican Sen.
Mitt Romney of Utah has.
In fact, Romney has called on all Americans to support the incoming administration of President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris.
On CNN's 'State of the Union' on Sunday, Romney told Jake Tapper that Trump 'will accept the inevitable' regarding the outcome, but would not do so gracefully.
Don't expect him to go quietly into the night.
That's not how he operates.
