And i'm najahe sherman.

Waay 31's sydney martin has been following this story from the beginning.

She joins us live tonight with more information after looking through the court documents.

Dan, najahe- during the past year court proceedings related to mason sisk have been sealed because he was charged as a juvenile but tonight, hundreds of pages of court document shed light on what's been happening behind closed doors.

Court documents show mason sisk has had multiple hearings and mental evaluations throughout the past year in juvenile court.

We now know he was being held at the tennesseee valley juvenile detention center in tuscumbia and while there the limestone county sheriff's office has had to pick him up for doctor's appointments and court hearings.

Sisk's juvenile probation officer wrote in a transfer report that he quote "does not seem bothered by the fact he's accused of murdering his family.

He has not shown any sign of remorse.

While in detention, he has not talked about his family at all."

His probation officer also wrote he followed directions, did school work and interacted well with others while at the detention center.

The report also states he had two discipline write-ups and several warnings for unacceptable behavior - for mostly talking without permission he was also twice awarded honor resident which is the highest level of privileges at the facility he was held at.

Now, the judge wrote in his decision to transfer the case to adult court that there is no reason to believe that sisk is mentally ill and that he believes he could not properly be disciplined in juvenile court.

Sisk is being held tonight in the limestone county jail without bond.

His case will now go before a grand jury.
