He uses it to take people in chico from one destination to another and even with coronavirus restrictions, he remains optimistic.

Mike griffith/owner of mike g ride "i go out to there to make people dance so if people are dancing all over the place, for me that is what i am all about."

Also known as mike g-ride, griffith started from nothing with being homeless and living in the park at one mile to providing locals with rides for over 15 years.

But since the shut down in march due to the coronavrus..thin gs just haven't been the same.

Mike griffith/owner of mike g ride "when we were shut down it was life changing because i am not used to not doing anything.

So far from there and all the way to today i have done something but i use to get 15 rides a night.

Now i get one or two."

Griffith says he is able to still survive because of his sponsors.

"if it wasn't for these guys all over the bike.

The best in the business.

These are the best restuarnts and eveyrthing in the business.

They sponsor me and that saved me."

With rain and cold weather coming in..griffith will have to reduce his rides even more.

Mike griffith/owner of mike g ride "i mean when it is pouring, of course i am noto going to be out there.

I am going to be snuggling up with this dude."

Overall..

He is just thankful he still has a job... mike griffith/owner of mike g ride "i see a lot of good in the world.

Ther is a lot of crazy stuff, especially covid so i am blessed to have a job and be apart of this community.
